Return or Exchange Policy

  1. If your product is defected/damaged/incorrect or lost in shipment, please inform the delivery agent on the time of delivery. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category.
  2. If you want to get a replacement, please inform us within 3 days (starting from the day of the delivery) through our Email (
  3. The product you return will undergo a Quality Check, if validated, you will be eligible for a replacement or refund.
  4. As for the refund, you’ll get a store credit for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes to be used on further purchases. Please note, Shipping costs are not refundable.
  5. You can cancel a Cash On Delivery order at the delivery time. Please note, the Delivery charge is applicable for any cancellation without damaged and incorrect product.
  6. Tailor Fit/Custom Fit item(s) is(are) not refundable. You can exchange if we provide you any damaged product (Wrong Measurement, Wrong Color, Wrong Fabric).
